Not sure of the exact name of the above exercises- but you can call it anything you think but if done correctly is a great total body exercise working the core, posterior spine, shoulders, back, triceps, chest and more.
Make sure you start in a stable plank position on the TRX bracing your core, wrists under shoulders, do not hyperextend the back - once stable begin the exercise in a slow controlled fashion- keeping hips square to floor thru most all of the exercises.
