ME
My name is Chrissy Hage, the owner of BAM, and I commit to design a program for you that if followed will ensure success. Throughout my career I have developed nutritional plans for infants, children, and adults alike. I have worked in a fitness facility as well as taught group fitness classes. I have seen that each person enjoys their own way of fitness and their own certain diet—whether they prefer sweets to salty or running to dancing to weight training, I understand we are all different.
Along with a BS in nutrition & dietetics I am a certified fitness & sports nutritionist, a certified personal trainer, certified youth fitness trainer, and a certified strength & conditioning trainer.
I have been involved in health and fitness for over 25 years and my lifestyle reflects it. Along with proper nutrition I keep strong and fit through resistance training, interval training, aerobics, and spinning. I have and continue to run a number of 5ks, half marathons, and marathons. I do all of this not because I have to, but because I love to. I truly believe that being fit and healthy makes for a confident, positive, better me. I understand that not one method is the way to success but rather each person has their own special interests and desires. Together we will focus on yours to unlock the doors to a better YOU!
BAM's MISSION is to provide all clients with an individualized first class personal nutrition and/or training experience that will positively reshape both your body & mind for a lifetime of success. By increasing your energy, mental attitude, & confidence, you will be provided with a fit figure for a lifetime!

SERVICES
A FREE comprehensive detailed nutrition and/or fitness assessment will initially be done on all clients. From there a plan will be implemented with routine assessments to determine where any tweaks are needed to meet your goals and ultimately improve your body, outlook, and life!

1. Individualized Nutrition + Fitness Counseling
1st SESSION: you receive a free nutrition & fitness assessment and consultation

2nd SESSION: a detailed fitness and nutritional program is implemented to match your individualized lifestyle, goals, and interests
ONGOING:

1 hour fitness training sessions 1-3 X times per week

1 hour nutritional sessions 2 X per month
– adjustments made to program as needed
– nutritional education: label reading, smart shopping, savory healthful cooking, healthy and delicious snacks,
changing your mindset, simple secrets to success, metabolism, weight loss, and more

– program modifications as needed to ensure progress
Every 4-6 weeks, depending on how long you enroll for a program, changes will be made to combat boredom and to shock the body ensuring success.
2. Individualized Nutrition Counseling
1st SESSION: you receive a free nutrition consultation

2nd SESSION: a detailed nutritional program is implemented to meet your individualized goals and preferences
ONGOING: ​

4. Group Nutrition Education Programs
An informative and fun way to learn about nutrition for your workplace, students, family, friends, or any group of adults, teens, or children that may be interested in learning about healthy eating, smart shopping, label reading, metabolism, weight loss, healthy recipes and more! A variety of topics are available to learn about with handouts to take home for all!

Don’t want to do it alone? Get a group! A variety of fitness classes are available to small groups and can be discussed upon request.

7. On-Line Training and Nutrition

8. Youth Strength & Conditioning Class
1 hour class designed for 9-13 year old boys and girls. Each class will focus on the development of strength, speed, agility and all around fitness through the use of age appropriate exercises.

CAMPS & CLASSES
BAM FIT TRAINING
BAM Training is now in small group or individual form. Large group training will resume as soon as possible and safe due to Covid.
ABOUT: This class will get you pumped up and fit in no time! The class will consist of a 60 minute weight training class designed to burn fat during and after exercise. It works all body parts allowing you to sculpt and tone muscle and at the same time gain cardiovascular endurance. The workout is set to upbeat fun music and can be adjusted to all fitness levels! YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

ABOUT: This class will be an hour long and devoted to both boys and girls ages 9-13. Each class will consist of a variety of age appropriate exercises focusing on developing strength, speed, agility and overall fitness. Class size will be limited to 6. Cost is $10 per class.
